Joe Yenni

Chief Preconstruction Officer

The challenge is everything. It’s what brings innovation to life. As Chief Preconstruction Officer, Joe tackles each project’s potential challenges by navigating the complex pre-planning process with an inherent drive and glass-half-full outlook. After joining the RNGD team as Project Manager in 2014, Joe leads multiple projects with a results-oriented approach that always results in a quality construction process, working closely with clients, team members, and other project stakeholders to achieve each goal. He develops creative strategies that drive the most value before a project ever breaks ground.

After graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, Joe began his career in the construction industry, managing multiple projects. His decision to join RNGD was influenced by a desire to work with like-minded, passionate individuals in a true-team environment. He saw an opportunity to not only influence the outcome of construction projects but to directly influence the future of a young, dynamic company. Through his work, Joe loves navigating new challenges, overcoming them, and seeing his team, both internal and external, benefit from that growth.

Originally from New Orleans, Joe has a natural energy and team spirit. His professional approach, and willingness to dive into new endeavors, led to his previous involvement as a member of the Board of Directors of the Associated Builders and Contractors Bayou Chapter. He was also honored with New Orleans CityBusiness Excellence in Construction and Real Estate class of 2019. When he’s not leading the chant in team meetings or engaging clients, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and friends. You can also find him cooking, entertaining, traveling , and watching the LSU Tigers play every Saturday in the fall.
