2022 Core Values and Special Recognition Awards

We believe that a healthy and productive corporate culture begins with a shared value system that supports and is aligned with the vision and strategic direction of the company. The Core Value Awards Program is an annual opportunity to recognize five employees who show exemplary individual achievement, contribution, and/or their performance aligns with the organization’s five values.

Team members are celebrated at our annual meeting, receiving our unique bowling pin trophy to commemorate our roots at our first project Fulton Alley, and are forever memorized on our core value wall at the corporate headquarters.
