A new future for a building steeped in history.

Situated along the historic 200 block of Royal Street, the 39,000 SF former Hurwitz Mintz Furniture building was reimagined into a mixed-use space with luxury residential units on the upper floors. Working as the Design Build contractor with Royal Condominium Development LLC, the RNGD team led the historic renovation of these two four-story interconnected buildings in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans.

The result is a new luxury living and shopping community that is comprised of 12 residential apartments and 2 penthouses, as well as interchangeable retail spaces throughout the ground floor and second floor.
