Overview
A hub of entrepreneurship and innovation.
This two-story office innovation hub is situated along the Mississippi River with an incredible and invigorating view of downtown New Orleans. The overarching vision was to create a welcoming environment that reflected the company’s culture and brand through an industrial aesthetic, while bringing increased activity to an underutilized area comprised of shipping piers and warehouses.
Completed in 2018, this 30,200-square-foot building was developed as an open flow concept, with conference rooms in the center and flexible workspaces positioned along the perimeter of the building to capture natural light. A large training room opens into the second-floor breakroom and outdoor terrace, aptly named The Helm, which features sweeping views of the Mississippi River. Additional onsite amenities include a fully furnished gym.
As the Design-Build contractor, RNGD performed both the new building construction as well as the infrastructure needed on this previously green space. Over the years, the RNGD has renovated and modified the building to align with our significant growth.
The RNGD campus breathes its culture, both inside and out.
The Infrastructure team built the parking lot, landscaped courtyard, and raingarden for stormwater retention. The landscape courtyard’s park-like setting serves as host to a variety of company events including crawfish boils, movie nights, SAFE day training, and the Palmisano Foundation’s Renegade Fest.
Our culture builds camaraderie, and people working out together generally creates an atmosphere of teamwork, which is consistent in how we operate our projects.
RNGD’s overarching goal is to provide a workplace that enriches our team’s lives in a truly holistic way – physical, mental, and emotional.
